Merry and/or Happy Christmas!
Why does everyone say Happy Christmas now? Is it because x-mas binge drinking is now a no-no and the connotations of “merry” and “shitfaced, abusive and vomiting down Aunt Lizzy’s back” are a little too familiar and interlaced?
I think not. I personally think it’s a nation wide revolt against Bing Crosby and his Merry Merry ways. Ding-a-ling. If you know what I mean.
But I digress. Actually, I never got ON the point in the first place… Starting blog entries on a diversion – bad.
