Hey Hey,
Well we are back in PP for our last day in Cambodia, our bus leaves for Vietnam tomorrow at 6.45AM. Hopefully it won’t be like our bus ride yesterday. 4 hours of
blarring BLARRING Cambodian TV that hammered against your skull. Sam was ready to commit murder.
Feeling happy about going, sad about leaving sort of [...]

Saturday Morning! Why didn’t I think of that before! It’s the best and most reliable way to have fast internet. When the douche-bags are asleep nursing hangovers, I’m in the hole, nursing the fast internet! … fuck that sounded geeky.
Do I get anymore cool points that I got my second electrocution from Cambodian Computers (CC’s) [...]

We’re in Sihanoukville – the Broome of ‘bodge.
It’s basically Broome, with Malaria. Same amount of babes, same amount of nords, same about of all that good stuff.
Although, the boobs here are much bigger than Broome, I must add. Saw a super busty Japanese nipple slip today. High-five-ai!
Theres a gekko crawling across the floor. *knees up*
I’ve [...]

Check out the photos!
I write this after about 5 hours of hot showering. (edit: well, started writing it. The net went down, so I had to post-pone so to say)
We met at 10:30 at Bogie and Bacall restaurant/bar and Rose, and I and about 6 other traveling volunteers packed into the back of this flatbed [...]

We went to what’s referred to as The Killing Fields. If S21 was a warehouse, this is the Khmer Rouge discount retail outlet.
Papa and Buff, remember the bomb and shell craters in Southern France? The ground looks like that. There are [...]

A reminder to anyone who hasn’t sent me their postal address to mail@roseandsamsexcellentadventure.com – please do so!
My general crappy feeling has turned into what feels like the flu. Fairly classic beginning-of-flu feelings.
No, I don’t have Malaria, well… We’ll see about that. :)
I think the cause of feeling sick is waking up at [...]

Thought I’d tell you of our plans in the next couple of days.
We’re heading out on an Annabelle Bus (motorcycle) to Kirirom National Park a smidge south of Phnom Penh.
We’ll stay there overnight, after checking out some of the goodies down there, do a bit of hiking and come home.
After that, we’ll do [...]

Hello Dear Friends,
Well we visited S-21 today. For those who don’t know S-21 was Security Prison 21 and basically a torture camp for the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh in the 70’s. we have both avoided the place but we set off this morning- with a bargain US $1 tuk-tuk ride to the prison.
I can’t [...]

I’ve been a bit light-on on the annectodes recently as I’ve basically been feeling shit.
Day one, I was pretty tired, lathargic and didn’t wanna move much. This contunied to day two, where it got a little worse. I was able to do some stuff day three, but I developed, what I’m calling from now [...]
