Excuse the sensationalist headline, but it’s in my blood, and I’m fresh from reading about a “Missing child found in Sandwich”. Notice the proper noun for the place, rather than the foodstuff.
Anyway, Rose has an interview coming up for a job teaching 3 year old kids at “Just Kids” and teaching Creative Writing (age group [...]

Well the long weekend is over and done with and I am sure you are all back to working like busy little bees. (Actually I am just reading this over and I realised its Friday- so have a good weekend people!)
I am recovered from my flu like symptoms, though Sam appears to have succumbed [...]

Hello, hello.
Hope the Easter bunny and various loved and liked ones bought you lots and lots of the good stuff.
Not surprisingly there are no shopping market shelves bursting with coloured al foil around here, so we dream of chocolate: gorge on mangos. I didn’t say there weren’t compensations!
So I seem to be coming down with [...]

Days to Departure: 33
Blargh! (looks good when written, but it’s hard to pull off if you’re not a zombie) I had to re-submit a few bits of the aux unit for my TESOL written stuff. I’ve finished it off and submitted it and it’s under review now. It’s entirely possible that I had totally misread [...]

Yo,
I finished my TESOL qualification today by delivering my lesson plan to a class of Saudi dudes.
Everything went pretty well. I did some things that were really good, and there were some things I can change to make the plan better, which will come with teaching experience.
I’m so totally fucking tired right now though, so [...]

Press play. No fucking around. Just do it.
It’s 11:20 and I know just one thing…
I’ve finished my lesson plan.I’ve had “It’s a long way to Tiperary” stuck in my head for the last 5 hours while I’ve been doing this lesson plan, so I’ve been listening to it on loop for a couple of hours [...]

Just real quick, cos I gotta get some sleep.
Finished my first (1 of 3) day of my prac teaching at Murdoch Uni.
Went pretty well. I assisted teaching and walked around the class and fielded questions and made sure no one fucked up too badly and tried not to laugh when people counted like retards.
The gags [...]

Yo All!
Right! Where to begin. Aah yes.. KEELY
Keely came to Broome and stayed with us for a shade under a month and gags and shits were abound, not entirely in that order.
He went back to Geraldton and shortly after, we flew home.
Keely actually left Geraldton to the lovely Canarvon but 70 klms out, his WR250f [...]
